TRU U Mindset's Coach Cole takes Teams, Programs and Organizations through a Mindset Development Curriculum that focuses on the specific areas the group needs to improve in most. Utilizing the Troutwine Athlete Profile to advance Teams in the 12 areas of athletic mindset performance.  The profile excises scientific data to help coaches, athletes parents and Coach Cole target areas of strength and areas in need of development. Allowing our accountability coaching model to take a holistic approach to mindset + performance development benefiting each player, parent and the Team as a whole! By interacting with athletes + their coaches on customizable basis we Equip + Educate + Inspire athletes to improve in the mental intangibles of sports. While equipping coaches and parents with the tools + skills to help their athlete grow while also holding them accountable in a productive and personalized way. Helping build better communication, stronger relationships and removing the roadblocks to training, competition and goal attainment. Accountability Coaching Sessions will focus in the following areas of development concentrating first on the areas in need of the most improvement based on Team Athlete Mindset Performance Testing results. COACHABILITY-  Growth Mindset + Attention to Detail + Conventionality MENTAL TOUGHNESS- Grit + Composure + Confidence MENTAL EXECUTION: Focus Speed + Decisiveness + Adaptability Building a complete head-to-toe profile of each athlete and the Team/Program as a whole and utilizing it to train their minds collectively to its highest potential.
